Esta conferencia tratará sobre el uso de polietileno reciclado en espumas de polietileno reticulado y su impacto en la economía circular. En concreto, se focalizará en la utilización de polietileno biobasado en fabricación de espumas, dentro de un modelo de economía sostenible y reducción de huella de carbono. También se abordará el uso de energías alternativas en el proceso de fabricación y su impacto en la reducción de emisiones totales.

This presentation will approach the use of recycled polyethylene in cross-linked polyethylene foams and its impact on the circular economy. Specifically, it will focus on the use of biobased polyethylene in foam manufacturing, within a model of sustainable economy and reduction of carbon footprint. The use of alternative energies in the manufacturing process and its impact on the reduction of total emissions will also be one of the topics of this presentation.
