El aumento en la tendencia de la utilización de materiales reciclados en el sector del automóvil es una realidad y la presencia de estos materiales es cada vez mayor en muchos tipos de piezas. No solamente debemos verlo desde un punto de vista medioambiental sino también económico, el impacto en ambos aspectos es muy importante y necesario. La clave es que esas piezas mantengan sus propiedades y características con la incorporación del reciclado siendo de gran importancia conseguir un proceso de transformación estable. Por ello, con la utilización de las funciones de IA se consigue que el proceso de transformación, en este caso, de inyección, permita la obtención de piezas con las mismas garantías que las fabricadas con material virgen.

The increasing trend towards the use of recycled materials in the automotive sector is a reality and the presence of these materials is growing in many types of parts. We should not only look at it from an environmental point of view but also from an economic one, the impact on both aspects is very important and necessary. The key is that these parts maintain their properties and characteristics with the incorporation of recycling, and it is of great importance to achieve a stable transformation process. Therefore, the use of AI functions ensures that the transformation process, in this case, injection moulding, allows parts to be obtained with the same guarantees as those manufactured with virgin material.
